Hello, I’m Nancy
I’m a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Clinical Exercise Physiologist. I help people discover their best self, as they make sustainable lifestyle choices to support their goals for healthy well-being and quality of life.
I believe ‘health’ is more than your weight or a lab number or checking a box, it is about your overall well-being and the balance and harmony you create. Almost everything in life impacts your health, and the key is to find what has meaning and importance for yourself, while you draw on your core strengths and make choices and decisions for how you want to live.
Looking for real change in you life? Want to build a better future?
Choose to engage in Health & Wellness Coaching now!
What I Offer
I bring a wealth of compassion and experience in understanding individual needs and concerns to create safety and trust in the coach/client engagement. My approach is through non-judgment and non-attachment, deep listening and reflection, a curious mind and an acuity for bridging insight and learning to the coaching sessions.
My Passion
….. is to partner with clients to support them where they are at, while they explore the behaviors they wish to change, the patterns they want to address and the action steps they decide to take. I instill motivation and help hold clients accountable to goals they set, while celebrating their successes and breakthroughs.
Coaching is built on a foundation and process that helps empower clients to re-direct, grow and learn to make fundamental and sustainable behavioral and mindset shifts that positively impact their health. Health & wellness coaching supports self-discovery and meaningful growth that can transform into new habits, and life-long change.
